With over 20 years in the market, the founders of the firm wanted a new brand and story that not only captured the essence of what made them special, but positioned them to take their company to the next level.
Working closely with the leadership team, we helped align the entire organization around the opportunity to tell the WGS story. From sharing our work and perspectives at the company offsite to in-depth interviews with employees and customers, we built a foundation of insights and inspiration that drove stronger marketing positioning and a richer user experience. Less than one year after launch, WGS was acquired by Officeworks.
